Treated with Grand Cru-level precision, it is crafted with extended lees ageing, maturation in 100% new oak, and minimal intervention winemaking, resulting in a Bourgogne Rouge that consistently overdelivers for its appellation.

Sourced from small, high-quality parcels across Burgundy—often including sites in the Côte de Nuits—the 2023 vintage reflects meticulous vineyard selection following a demanding growing season. The wine spends 18–24 months on lees in new French oak (typically from the Jupilles forest), with no fining, no filtration and extremely low sulphur, building exceptional depth, texture and complexity.

In the glass, it typically shows a vibrant, deep ruby profile with layered aromas of black cherry, red berries, exotic spice and forest floor nuance.
