About This Wine:

Tuerong Station Mornington Chardonnay is a beautifully balanced, cool-climate Chardonnay made with a hands-off approach that lets the fruit and site shine. Wild fermented in French oak and matured on lees, it gains richness and texture while retaining the freshness and natural vibrancy of the fruit.

The nose is lifted with citrus, green apple and ripe peach and nectarine, layered with subtle toast and flinty minerality. The palate is elegant and creamy yet lively, with pure citrus and melon flavours, gentle oak spice and a fine mineral edge.

Fresh, textured and effortlessly balanced, it finishes long and refreshing. A versatile food wine that works beautifully with roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled seafood or soft cheeses.
