2016 Lowestoft Sparkling Grand Reserve

Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, only the premium portion is selected for the Grand Reserve. A small fraction of the juice was fermented in seasoned French oak to enhance texture, and the wine was matured on lees for 56 months, building richness and complexity.

Colour: Rich straw with a fine, persistent bead.

Aroma: A balance of purity and subtle complexity, with mineral notes of wet slate and oyster shell, complemented by nutty cashew nuances.

Palate: Toasty brioche and malt biscuit mingle with delicate hints of white mushroom. Fresh acidity and a fine bead provide structure, carrying through to a long, bright, and elegantly layered finish.
