Bourbon is a distinctly American whiskey, traditionally made from a grain mixture containing at least 51% corn and aged in new, charred oak barrels. This gives bourbon its signature combination of sweetness, vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and warm spice.

Rich and full-bodied yet often remarkably smooth, bourbon can range from soft and mellow to bold and robust. It’s equally enjoyable neat, over ice, with a splash of water or mixed into classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
