Wild Duck Creek Burdekin Rose

Sourced exclusively from the Col Mountain Vineyard at Toolleen, this single-vineyard wine reflects soils rich in large ironstone fragments, contributing a distinctive mineral character unique to the Colbinabbin Range.

Light copper with a subtle salmon hue, the wine opens with aromas of rose petal, fresh strawberry, blood orange and a hint of pumpkin seed. The palate is delicate and vibrant, showing flavours of fresh strawberry, pink grapefruit and gentle spice, carried by bright natural acidity and finishing long and refreshing. Best enjoyed chilled while young and fresh, ideally served between 6–10°C.
