Rouleur McLaren Vale Shiraz

The 2020 Rouleur Shiraz shows inky deep color with a vibrant hue. There’s plenty of blue fruits, cut olive and cardomom spice, with iodine and charred meats in background adding complexity and interest. Plush and up front on the palate, elevated with fine sandy tannins pushing front to back. Blue fruit carries through with dusty bitter edged mocha and red plum too.
