Risky Business White Knuckle Chardonnay

Very bright with a very slight straw undertone. White peach, lemon butter, and delectable crème brulee aromas with toffee peach and rockmelon undertones. This is a fine and textured wine with a medium body and a well-balanced taste profile of mild, peachy fruit. The secondary flavours of butterscotch and enticing sweet vanilla biscuit traits give this outstanding wine, which has not yet undergone full malolactic fermentation, great length. It ends with a dry freshness of nectarines and citrous.
