Mt Duneed Estate Geelong Shiraz

The colour is a deep crimson. Aromas of plum, spice, and rhubarb pervade the bouquet. On the palate, blueberries and spice are complemented by a hint of soft cerary oak. Because of the warm spring and summer, the fruit was allowed to fully ripen, resulting in a flavorful yet medium-bodied wine. The grapes are hand-picked, fermented whole-berry in open pots, and plunged twice daily.
