Harvesting is a meticulous process, with grapes handpicked and carefully selected to ensure only the finest clusters are utilized. This mandatory sorting, integral to the appellation, guarantees the utmost quality of fruit.

Vinification techniques are tailored to the unique characteristics of each grape variety. Employing traditional methods, fermentation unfolds in closed concrete tanks. The maceration period, lasting approximately three weeks at elevated temperatures, ensures optimal extraction of color and tannins.

Following fermentation, the wine embarks on a 15-month aging journey in concrete tanks, facilitating gentle oxygenation that preserves its inherent freshness and aromatic complexity.

In the glass, "La Bernardine" unveils an intense crimson-red hue. The nose offers a captivating bouquet of complexity, with notes of blackcurrant, plum, roasted coffee, cinnamon, cherry, and morello cherry intertwining seamlessly.
