Gioiello Estate Chardonnay

The 2019 vintage saw dry and hot conditions across the property and region but our vineyard thrived. We saw an earlier harvest date of the 26th of February.

The Estate Chardonnay grapes were fermented in a blend of French oak barriques using wild yeast and left to mature on lees for 8 months. 

This wine offers perfumed notes of nashi pear and orange blossom. The palate expresses rich citrus fruit with a floral finish.
