To make this wine, fruit was chosen from some the estates oldest vineyards. They are between the ages of 70 and 100. The plants produce few grapes with tiny berries at this age. The wine obtained after traditional vinification is more concentrated. It is thus a wine to cellar that will enchant you with its delicacy and fruit purity. Because the roots of the old vines reach deep into the granite subsoil, the beautiful terroir of La Madone is quite intense in this cuvée, which preserves its typicality and quality regardless of the vintage.
