Banks Road Will's Selection Chardonnay

The wine is 100% barrel fermented with wild yeasts and 50% malo-lactic fermentation, and it is produced from five rows of our vineyard. A wine that spends more time in the barrel and bottle develops rich flavours of nectarine, roasted chestnut, a lengthy citrous backbone, and a gentle tannic structure. It is made to age. With time, this wine will keep getting better. Very Restricted.
