Banks Road Chardonnay

The wine is 100% barrel fermented with wild yeasts and 50% malo-lactic fermentation and is made from five rows of the estate vineyard. Extended barrel and bottle ageing results in a wine with ripe peach and roasted chestnut notes, a lengthy citrus backbone, and a delicate tannic structure. This wine will continue to mature with time. Extremely limited.
