Available at both Surrey Hills and Richmond stores. Please wait for your collection email before coming in — orders are usually ready within a few hours during business hours. We always aim for same-day pickup, but if stock needs to be transferred between stores, please allow 1–2 business days.
Standard Shipping
Orders are dispatched daily around 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) via Australia Post. For higher-value orders, we may use Anonymous Wine Logistics.
Tracking updates are automatically sent by the carrier. No matter who delivers your wine, every order is packed with care — but if anything arrives damaged, email info@purviscellars.com.au and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for any breakages. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Extreme Heat
During extreme heat, we may hold your order in our temperature-controlled warehouse until it’s safe to dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received. Please contact info@purviscellars.com.au before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If you’ve simply changed your mind or decide the wine/spirit isn’t to your taste, returns may be accepted at our discretion, but the repacking, shipping, and safe return of the alcohol is the customer’s responsibility and cost. Items must be returned unopened and in saleable condition.
If a wine is faulty, damaged in transit, or we’ve sent the wrong item, that’s on us — please contact us right away, and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we’ll confirm the outcome and process any approved refund back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
