Single Vineyard Pinot noir that was hand picked then cold soaked for three days prior to a cool ferment and pressed at dryness. It was then left on its lees for five months before bottling without any sulphur.
A textbook Yarra Valley Pinot Noir with a light colour in the glass but a pretty nose that displays red fruit vibrancy. The palate is light with crunchy red fruits and a cleansing burst of acidity on the finish. Pair with duck or a mushroom risotto.
