Tim Adams Pinot Gris

Harvested in the cool, tranquil hours of early morning, this Pinot Gris hails from premier vineyard sites across the Clare Valley. The grapes were meticulously crushed and chilled to 5 degrees before gentle pressing, with the pressings carefully separated. A cool, steady two-week fermentation has captured the wine’s vibrant varietal expression. Each vineyard parcel was individually filtered and skillfully blended, then cold and protein stabilized, fined, and bottled under a screw cap to lock in its fresh, lively flavours.

This vintage bursts with enticing notes of Corella pear, stone fruits, honeydew melon, and a hint of lychee, all harmonized by a refreshing acidity that lends a crisp, crunchy fruit character. Staying true to our signature style, this release is yet another classic example of our Pinot Gris—bright, elegant, and irresistibly fresh.
