About This Wine:

From a plot in Beine, which is on Chablis' western edge. The wine, which was matured and vinified in a tank, offers flavours of tropical fruit and bright acidity.
The 2022 Chablis Plateau de la Cornasse has performed well, with young reduction, toasted nuts, green apple, and white flower scents. Its palate is medium to full-bodied, satiny, and meaty, and it ends with a salty, penetrating aftertaste.
