The short story-  three couples got together when they got sick of fellow producers in Tuscany focusing their money on tourism, rather than the wine. So they formed a co-operative that manages a 15-hectare vineyard in the Arezzo region of eastern Tuscany Using traditional grapes and winemaking techniques such as maturation in old oak but also using steel tanks to retain optimal freshness.
