Pala Soprasole Vermentino di Sardegna DOC

Vermentino is the most recent of the Sardinian vines, yet it has been a part of this Mediterranean island's legacy for 400 years. The fruit is gathered in a vineyard with clay, calcareous soils that are 150 to 180 metres above sea level.

The finished colour is straw with greenish reflections. Floral and vegetable notes linger, with hints of lime and balsamic vinegar. The palate is smooth and full, with good depth and balance, and a long, lingering finish.
