Lake Breeze Cabernet Sauvignon

The 40-year-old vines of the Follett family vineyard, located on the Bremer flood plain near Langhorne Creek, are used to make the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Traditional open fermentation was used, followed by a 20-month ageing period in French oak barriques before bottling. With some cedary wood undertones, the wine has elevated aromas of black fruits and violets.
The concentrated palate has a great smooth texture, a very lengthy finish, with aromas of chocolate and cassis.
