Dormilona Yokel Rose

This Grenache-based rose comes from a kind man named Eugenio, who owns the Swan Valley family vineyard Vino Italia. It is hand-picked, de-stemmed, and skinned for a day before being basket-pressed directly into wood and amphora. After drying, we combine and mature our Yokel Rose in a big concrete egg known as Bacon. Finally, we bottle it with a light sulphur kiss.
