About This Wine:

The 2021 growing season was ideal for cool climate Shiraz. Yields were above average and fruit ripened late March in pristine condition. This 2021 Dogrock Shiraz was hand-picked across March prior to wild ferment and basket pressing. It has seductive aromatics of pepper and spice with a medium to full bodied palate rounded off with a touch of sweet French oak.
