Dalrymple Cave Block Chardonnay

Spice, lemon curd, and grapefruit are the initial smells that are followed by stone fruits with a hint of peach yoghurt. The sparkling, delicate acidity, sun-kissed quartz texture, and crushed oyster shell give the palate its definition. Pear flavours dominate the mid-palate, but a citrous seam keeps the long, drooling finish in focus.
