Only a tiny amount (15%) of the fruit was left in its complete bunches for structure and fragrance. The bulk of the fruit was destemmed for natural fermentation. aged in a mixture of fresh (10%) and used (80%) French oak puncheons and barriques, with a choice made to choose the most clean and structural barrels for the reserve bottling.

a Pinot distinguished by spice, aroma, subtle tannin, and freshness. Medium-full bodied, with excellent structure to balance the fruit richness. Ethereal and elegant. Decanting is advised, and enjoy with game meats.
