This limited edition is a memorial to their father, John Peebles. Dad's enthusiasm for Australian wine, as well as his work ethic, served as the inspiration and basis for Buckshot.
This is the 20th vintage release from the exceptional 2018 vintage. This vintage was low yielding, warm, and exceptionally dry, with only one inch of rain falling in January and February. The ensuing harvest of petite bunches delivered powerful flavour while maintaining a lovely balance. This wine was bottled with a bottle age of 3 12 years.
