Begali Lorenzo Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG

After a preliminary, meticulous selection of the best bunches during the harvest—the best ripened, and most importantly, bunches with fewer grapes — Amarone wine is made by drying the grapes that are set aside. Begali can regulate the fruit's proper integrity and health at the "fruttaio," a facility used for grape drying when a second selection is made. Before being pressed, the grapes are let to continue drying for a while.

The colour garnet red is Begali Amarone della Valpolicella Classico D.O.C.G. It smells strongly of spice and ethereality. With a robust, substantial body, the taste is "smooth," soft, and dry. Perfect with seasoned cheeses and for main and second dishes like grilled roasts and red meat in general.
