About This Wine:

Fruity, floral and textural. Very aromatic, smells like elderflowers, lemons, lime and spice.

Hand picked fruit was de-stemmed and left on skins for 3-5 days to extract texture and aromatics. The juice was then pressed to barrel for barrel fermentation. Some lees stirring took place and the wine was bottled after 5 months to lock in freshness.

Sauvignon Blanc 82%, Riesling 10% and Muscat 8%.
