2011 Domaine A Cabernet Sauvignon

The long-awaited 2011 vintage of Domaine A's flagship wine, which is very much a result of a cooler year, nonetheless exhibits the entire spectrum of cabernet character unique to the vineyard. Under the spiced top notes of vanilla and mild star anise, there is an earthy, rich combination of potpourri, roasted beetroot, and dark fruits (plum, blackberries, and cassis).
