Sourced from two vineyards situated at opposite ends of the Adelaide Hills, this wine captures the unique terroir of each location. Kersbrook, in the north, offers a cool, dry climate with east-facing slopes and shallow loam soils, ideal for cultivating old vines that yield small, intensely flavored bunches with soft tannins. Meanwhile, Kuitpo, located in the extreme south, benefits from sunny days and cool nights, promoting even ripening.

Crafted with a focus on freshness, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its varietal spice and tropical fruit notes. Four months of aging on fine lees following fermentation enhances the wine's creamy texture, which complements the inherent acidity of its fruit profile. Subtle nutty and floral undertones from the lees contribute to the wine's freshness without overshadowing its delicate flavor profile.
