Cannonball Sonoma County Chardonnay

Cannonball California wines are sourced from select regions throughout California. The diverse microclimates, topography and soils provide the perfect palette to create wines that are complex, highly consistent, and a pure expression of the varietal. A wine that is fresh, light and floral with peach flavor transitioning to apricot, pineapple and tangy nectarine. The acidity is bright, the structure light to medium weight with a mineral acidity and a lick of peach cobbler crust and flakey vanilla-laced pastry on the finish courtesy of light toast French oak aging.
