Conditions were perfect in 2016 for our Riesling to hang and develop noble botrytis, yielding less than 800 half-bottles of wine with a whopping 360g of residual sugar!
A complex cavalcade of aromas: mango, pineapple, toffee, fruitcake, caramel and the list goes on. Immediately mouth-coating and rich, the honeyed texture and flavours lead to a very long finish, harnessed by a brace of acidity that maintains freshness and buoyancy.
