This exquisite blend of Grenache (50%), Mataro (40%), and Shiraz showcases the finest old vine vineyards throughout the Barossa Valley. The winemaking process, featuring whole berries in open fermenters and hand-pumping twice daily, enhances the wine’s complexity. Notably, one Grenache parcel, contributing 17% to the final blend, includes 20% whole bunches.

The wine reveals a deep ruby core that transitions to a purple rim. Aromas of ripe mulberry, teriyaki, and crushed violets rise enticingly from the glass. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with an intense core of dark fruit. Nuances of dark spices, crushed gravel, and meaty undertones blend harmoniously, creating a seamless and incredibly long finish. The wine's powerful yet finely-grained tannins lend it an extraordinary, almost eternal length.
