Slate Creek Vineyard – a charming gem in Willunga, where the grapes are harvested in two waves: the first early for a herbaceous touch, and the second later for added richness, blended to create a harmonious wine. Wild fermented and pressed early into old oak, it is bottled after 9 months to capture its unique character.
