Prancing Horse Estate Pinot Noir
Prancing Horse Estate are the organic and biodynamic winemaking pioneers of the Mornington Peninsula.
The two blocks were first planted in Red Hill South in 1985 and are located on a moderate slope, one running north-east and the other facing west. They provide the ideal environment to produce small parcels of fruit that truly express their individual terroir. The property is surrounded by bush and pasture and oversees Western Port Bay and Bass Strait.
The Estate Pinot Noir is garnet-hued. Cherry, beetroot, dried herbs and spice. Savoury to its core.
