Hand-picked the fruit at less than 2 tonnes to the acre in early March. This insured intensity of colour and flavour. There’s a hint of the Maygar mint and a mouthful of raspberry, cassis, olve and chocolate.Combining the fruit with some very expensive French oak has given the wine a silky, balanced and complex palate. The length is sensational. It’s all you could have hoped for and more.
