Solonero Dell 'Otrepo Pavese Pinot Nero
The grapes, harvested by hand in the vineyards surrounding the winery, are destemmed and crushed. Using selected yeasts to start the alcoholic fermentation, skins are then removed by pressing. the wine is cooled down to a low temperature and clarified.
The final result is a wine that is brilliant red ruby colour with amaranth highlights. Aromas are elegant yet intense with notes of Marasca cherry and blackcurrant. The palate is well-balanced with a good-medium body and long finish.
