Dino Giammarino has been exposed to vineyards and wine making since the age of 6. Now he has taken over the wine making duties whilst his parents Vittoria and Nicoletta Giammarino meticulously attend to the vineyard.
It is truly his belief that his wines are a reflection of the efforts put into the vineyard each year along with the emphasis placed on the health of the soils which are the life line to our vines.
The resultant wine shows notes of dark berries and cloves along with a textured mouthfeel. Created by fermenting with wild yeasts, hand plunging followed by being transferred into French oak barriques for a further 18 months.
