100% barrel fermented and matured for 9 months in a combination of new and 1 and 2-year old French oak barriques.
Elegant notes of lemon blossom, white peach, crème brulee and toasted cashew with hints of seaspray and struck match complexity. Medium weighted, the palate shows an elegance of perfumed citrus blossom and oyster shell minerality with lightly toasted cashew and a subtle gun smoke sulphide adding complexity and depth.
