"Les Parcelles" is a blend of different grape varietals and vintages. This excellent Bouzy Grand Cru celebrates every element of winemaking. The "Les Parcelles" is exclusively a Grand Cru blend of 30% of reserve wine and the base wine.

The level of sophistication, plus the complexity and the finesse is an endless pleasure. The "Les Parcelles" spends four years in Domaine Pierre Paillard’s deep cellar at 10 degrees to mature and gain tiny, silky bubbles, while developing the house style. This Champagne is sophisticated, versatile and ready to drink.
