Bullers Balladeer Durif
Fruit used in our Balladeer Range is sourced from vineyards in the Rutherglen region. These wines are produced using traditional open vat fermentation, hand plunged with extended maceration on skins to build structure and complexity. The wine has matured for 12 months in French Oak hogsheads.
A powerful concentration of black fruit, toasty oak and aromatic violet nuances .
Its delicious, rich dark fruit flavours are laced with solid tannin and nicely underscored by the acidity. It’s big, bold and full of varietal character.
