The estate grown fruit was harvested in the early hours of the morning, preserving the delicate varietal flavours that define this cool climate, aromatic wine. All fermentation was carried out in stainless steel, at cool temperatures to preserve the freshness and vibrancy of the fruit.
The resulting fruit, was of excellent quality with impressive flavour concentration. Resulting Colour is brilliant pale straw with green flecks. Lifted aromas of white flowers, lime zest and musk. The Palate has Pristine flavours of lime and green apple with a fine linear acidity giving freshness and length to the palate.
