A classic, award winning Italian certified organic Prosecco DOC Brut made from the Glera grape. Salatin has been making quality wines since 1528. Soft pressing, Charmat method brut, slow re-fermentation for at least 45 days at a low controlled temperature. Floral hints and strong notes of green apple and citrus fruits.
