Region: McLaren Vale
Shortly after leaving the family company in 1980, Geoff Hardy established Pertaringa, which has since continued to produce some of McLaren Vale's finest wines. The name Pertaringa means 'belonging to the hills' and originates from the local Kaurna indigenous language.
The 2018 Undercover Shiraz from McLaren Vale's Pertaringa offers subtle aromas of plums and herbs with a trace of mint on the nose. The palate is tight and textural with delightful flavours and elegant vanillin oak.
