The subtlety and delicate fruit structure of the Tout Pres vineyard become more pronounced in the wine with each passing year. With the darkness and essence of the Moorabool Valley true expressions of site, the bouquet fills the glass with spicy fruit, mineral elements, and a hint of integrated French oak. This wine has primary and secondary flavours that enhance the overall integration for a smooth finish. It's a densely packed blend of plums and undergrowth with a sour acidity.
