Fermented in French oak, undergoes barrel stirring & malolactic fermentation for 6 months then stabilization, fining & sterile filteration prior to bottling.
All this work combined with a great vintage has brought forth a wine that is golden in colour, with plenty of ripe stone fruit, honeycomb & butter aromas. The palate is a little more on the rounded side with character of pear, grapefruit, hints of vanilla, biscuit and honeycomb with good citrus finish.
