Prancing Horse Estate are the organic and biodynamic winemaking pioneers of the Mornington Peninsula.
The two blocks were first planted in Red Hill South in 1985 and are located on a moderate slope, one running north-east and the other facing west. They provide the ideal environment to produce small parcels of fruit that truly express their individual terroir. The property is surrounded by bush and pasture and oversees Western Port Bay and Bass Strait.
The Pony Chardonnay 2018 is a complex fruit driven wine delivering white peach and citrus aromas giving way to a generous and textural palate. Showing concentrated lemon and grapefruit flavours with briny complexity add to its natural cool climate acidity providing focus and freshness.
