Parcels of fruit were whole bunch crushed and then pressed to provide complexity and texture to the palate. Fruit parcels are fermented in stainless steel tanks and lees were occasionally stirred before the final blend was bottled.
The final result is wine that is pale straw with a tinge of green, the bouquet displays subtle Honey and hay aromas complemented by a subtle background biscuity lees. The final result is a refreshing palate of fresh pear & citrus blossom with crisp acid and persistent bead & fruit.
