Soumah Pinot Noir d'Soumah

This Pinot Noir has a lovely crimson hue and offers flavours of cherries and raspberries as well as savoury fleshiness. A significant amount of new barrels imparting traditional soft oak characteristics aid in the wine's overall integration. The wine's rich flavour and aroma are developed during the barrel fermentation process. The wine will have a taste profile that pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine, chicken, duck, and light meats when served chilled (about 15 degrees).
