Conceived from the ancient soils of Marananga, which lie very close to the centre of the Barossa Valley floor, where warm dry conditions and rich red soil provide the backbone to some of the region’s best-known wines.
This new release delivers a contemporary shiraz, framed by a blend of French and American, old and new oak. Forward aroma of bayleaf, fig, quince, black-pudding, coffee with subtle notes of shortbread.
The Palate rich fruits and berries are evident, supported with heavy meats & a touch of spice.
