Bete Noir – pure old vine Shiraz, French for 'black beast'
Very dark ruby with magenta hues Pungent and aromatically complex, dark sweet fruits and herbal elements - black cherries, dried cranberries, subtle camphor, pale tobacco, candied citrus, curry leaf and wood smoke.
Slick, even, intense yet restrained, fine grained tannin feel. The flavours are a mirror of the aromas, strong black cherry, cranberry, bay leaf and bitter chocolate, finishes with a kiss of blue fruit acidity.
